4 season home, 3 min walk to lakefront and neighborhood pool. Approximately 1,500 sq feet including 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Accommodates 6-8 comfortably. Bedroom one has a queen bed. Bedroom two has a full bed. Bedroom three has two twin bunk beds.

Wind down your days on the large front porch with a ceiling fan or the fire pit behind the house.

Rates

There is a 3 day minimum rental period. A one time cleaning fee of $170 for each visit.

$359 a night for 2023 summer rates.

$250 a night for spring, fall, and winter rates.

(Fall and winter are our personal favorite times of the year because it is so quiet and lots of forced family time!)

Check in & Out

Check in is at 3:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM.

Text to see if early check-in is available. If the house is clean and ready, we are happy to accommodate early check ins.

Please put all the trash in the provided trash bags and bins. Please start the dishwasher and place all used towels in the showers before you leave.

There is a $170 cleaning fee for each stay.

Please respect other people in our neighborhood and be quiet after 10 pm

Amenities and Activities

This home is located in a neighborhood on Middle Bass Island that has it’s own water treatment and sewer plant. The water is safe to drink and in our opinion delicious! You will also find our home away from home including:

• Fully-stocked kitchen (minus the food)

• Coffee/tea

• Fire pit

• Books and games

• High-speed Wifi

• Central heat and AC

• Bedding and towels provided

Fishing

Feel free to walk down to the Burgundy Bay Marina and fish off the docks. This is located next to the neighborhood pool. We also are happy to book a fishing charter for up to 6 people to meet your needs.

Firewood

You can buy firewood at the General Store.
